Jane’s Brownies

It is always a good time for Jane’s Brownies. We especially love to prepare them for the bull sale and for harvest. We got to feed our people!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Grease and (or line pan with parchment paper if you want to lift brownies out of pan)

9x13 pan for thinner brownies

8x8 for thicker brownies, adjust cooking time as needed. 

 

INGREDIENTS:

2cups sugar

12 TBLS  salted  butter

3 squares of Chocolate

4 eggs

2/3 cup milk

1 ½ cup flour

Heat butter and chocolate until melted, cool slightly

Mix eggs and milk together, mix in the flour. 

Add the butter and chocolate mixture into egg, flower and milk mixture gently folding – do not overmix

 Pour into prepared pan and back for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes if you can before cutting.
