Favorite Family Roast
This recipe is one of our family favorites that works for any of our DeBruycker Charolais roasts,
Preheat oven to 250 degrees: This is a nice slow cook for a tender roast.
Ingredients:
Any DeBruycker Charolais Roast
1 whole fresh garlic
1 large onion sliced
Quality beef broth ( amount will depend on size of roast)
Your favorite beef seasoning. Jody uses: Dip Pit Seasoning by Bounty Foods.
Directions:
Place your DeBruycker Charolais Roast in a roasting pan.
Use one whole garlic and Stuff Roast with Garlic (the more the better)
Pour enough beef broth to cover about 3/4 of the roast.
Slice on large onion and lay over the top of the roast.
Sprinkle roast and broth with Deep Pit seasoning by Bounty Foods - OR any beef seasonings you prefer.
Cook on 250 degrees - Depending on size of roast: slow for about 3-8 hours - you do NOT pull out of oven until you literally put a fork in the meat, twist the fork and the fork twists the meat off from the meat.
